At Optimize Zone OT, under the ownership of Dr Lebogang Maseko (Komape), we provide client-centred occupational therapy services for individuals of all ages. Our Services
Neurological and Physical Rehabilitation
We provide comprehensive rehabilitation for individuals with neurological and physically debilitating conditions.
Spinal Cord Injuries
We work with clients who have experienced spinal cord trauma due to accidents, falls, violence, or illness.
Acquired Brain Injury (ABI)
We support individuals recovering from traumatic and non-traumatic brain injuries.
Neurodegenerative Disorders
We provide specialised therapy for clients living with progressive neurological conditions such as Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, and Motor Neuron Disease.
Occupational Therapy Intervention
Our intervention model includes:
- Inpatient, outpatient, and home-based care
- Functional rehabilitation in self-care, work, and leisure
- Support with reintegration into everyday activities
Home & Worksite Visits
We conduct home and workplace assessments to support functional skill integration and environmental adaptation.
Caregiver Support
We provide caregiver training and education to ensure the continuity of care at home, empowering families and preventing decline post-discharge.
Assistive Devices & Equipment
We prescribe and customise assistive devices to promote independence, including:
- Wheelchairs and mobility aids
- Bathroom and eating equipment
- Environmental modifications
